Shipping 

  • We are currently shipping to all areas within Qatar and to most international destinations overseas.
  • Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
  • Most orders are shipped within 10-12 business days.
  • Incase your order is delayed, you will be contacted directly over the phone and/or email.

 

Return Policy

  • Custom-made items can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment as the original purchase.
  • Refunds to Credit/Debit cards may take up to 4 weeks, due to internal banking procedures.
  • Inner-wear and other personal garments and accessories can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Only items that are with their original packaging still intact may be returned or exchanged.
  • All items must be unused/unworn.
  • Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
  • All purchases of on-sale items are final.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Casa Johara W.L.L. will be considered full, final and binding.
